Southern Travels is one of the leading Travel Agency & Tour Operators in India offering fixed tours, special holiday packages and International tours.

Sirez had to develop a comprehensive travel portal that would sell the diversified tours and packages of Southern Travels while also facilitating the agents of Southern Travels to book tour packages for their customers and clients.

Idea & Execution

Sirez developed an interactive and user-friendly website for Southern Travels to provide information about its tour packages and facilitate online booking of the tours.

The key features of this website are:

• An e-commerce engine using which the users are able to choose from 25 fixed tours, 100 Holiday packages and 70 International Tours provided by Southern Travels and make their payment online to book tours
• Online booking facility for over 3500 hotels across 240 cities of India
• A search engine to search for tour packages, flights and hotels
• Multi Language Support - The website can be browsed in English, 5 Indian regional languages and 14 International Languages
• A back-end system that caters to three categories of audiences: Agents, Branches and End-consumers
• Registration and Customer login that allows users to maintain their profile and keep a track on their Booked History, Cancelled tickets etc
• SMS updates to facilitate the booking process
• Tours are booked online with real time inventory on seat-in-coach basis
• Options to check availability of seats in each tour and also select preferential seats in coaches
• IVRS booking facility
• Detailed description of each place covered in the tours offered
• Google Map Integration for each tour depicting the routes each tour would follow
• Website Login for Agents to book tickets for their clients and Customers
• API and White Labels for agents to integrate the Southern Travels booking engine in their own individual websites
